Acceptance and changes

By using PROBEXA you accept these terms. We may change them; the date of the last update is shown at the top and continued use means you accept the new version.

The service

PROBEXA is a prediction market where you trade on future events using USDT. PROBEXA does not give financial, investment or legal advice and has nothing to do with Toman.

Eligibility and your responsibility

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations where you live and act. In some countries prediction markets or the use of digital currencies are restricted or prohibited.
• If you are not allowed to use the service, you must not use it.

Wallet and USDT

Sign-in and payments use your wallet. You are responsible for the security of your wallet, keys and recovery phrase. We cannot reverse wallet actions or on-chain transactions. We may review or restrict addresses or transactions for legal or security reasons.

Markets, trading and settlement

• Each market has rules and an official resolution source that you should read before trading.
• The server determines prices and balances, and a trade is final once the server confirms it.
• Each winning share pays 1 USDT. Ambiguous markets may be voided and the cost returned.
• Results are posted with documentation and have a dispute window; the operator makes the final decision.

Fees

Any fee is shown before you confirm an order or withdrawal.

Prohibited conduct

• Price manipulation, or wash trading between your own or coordinated accounts.
• Exploiting software errors, attacking the service or trying to bypass limits.
• Using inside information whose publication or use is unlawful.
• Using the service for unlawful activity or money laundering.

Suspension and restrictions

We may restrict or suspend an account or trades if these terms are breached, fraud is suspected or the law requires it.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from trading, price movements, network errors, address blocking or decisions based on inaccurate information from a resolution source.
