What we collect

  • Your wallet address, to sign you in and show your balance and positions.
  • Your trades, deposits and withdrawals on PROBEXA.
  • Technical data needed for security and performance (such as request logs and IP address).
  • We do not collect your phone number, email or name, and they are not needed to sign in.

Cookies and local storage

These cookies are used:

  • Session (after you sign): keeps you signed in.
  • jp_lang: your chosen language.
  • jp_theme: light or dark theme.
  • jp_wallet: the last connected wallet, to restore the connection.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

On-chain data

Blockchain transactions are public and permanent and we cannot delete them. Activity and leaderboards show only a shortened address.

How we use data

  • To provide the service: sign-in, trading, settlement, deposits and withdrawals.
  • Security and preventing abuse and fraud.
  • Meeting legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share it with infrastructure providers (such as hosting and network nodes) to run the service, or with authorities where the law requires.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
