Risk disclosure

Trading risk
Trading involves risk. Shares you buy can go to zero and you can lose everything you spend. Only use an amount you can afford to lose. The chance shown is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Resolution risk
Results depend on the market’s official source and the operator’s decision. The source may be unavailable, the result may be ambiguous or disputed, or the market may be voided. Settlement may be delayed.
USDT and network risk
- USDT is controlled by its issuer (Tether), which can block addresses.
- The value of USDT can move away from one dollar.
- Network transactions can be slow, costly or fail, and cannot be reversed. Sending to the wrong address or network can mean losing the funds.
Platform and custody risk
Depending on the custody model, your balance may be held by the platform. A security incident, software bug or operational problem could lead to loss of, or loss of access to, funds.
Liquidity risk
You may not always be able to buy or sell at your desired price, especially in thin markets. The execution price can differ from the price shown.
Legal and regulatory risk
Laws on prediction markets and digital currencies differ by country and may change, and using the service may be restricted or prohibited for you. You are responsible for compliance.
Wallet security
If you lose your wallet key or recovery phrase, or share it, you lose access and funds. We cannot recover them.
